I'm super excited about trying more sweets from The Caring Kitchen. I had two different kinds of cookies and they were both delicious. One of them was like a caramel spice crumble and it is hands down THE BEST cookie I've had since going gluten free! It was super moist and tasted delicious. I meant to eat about a quarter of it and save the rest for later but there was no way that was happening after I took the first bite.
