I found Caring Kitchen bakery on ten Gluten Dude app! I just moved to Rancho Cordova the day before and I was soooo excited to find a dedicated GF bakery! I bought a couple snickerdoodle cookies, a funfetti sugar cookie, coffee cake muffin and a sourdough bread round. The cookies and muffin were delicious! Good size, soft and so tasty, many GF treats are dry, these were such a treat! The GF sourdough round was also sooooo good! We heated it up, sliced it and dipped it in olive oil and vinegar! I will be back and I will be spreading the word!!! I hope she’s able to open her doors more regularly in the future! AMAZING TREATS!
